Okay, this is my first try at this Fic_A_Thon thing. Sid asked for angst and boy, did I lay it on thick!!! It didn't turn out the way I really wanted it so I'm not totally satisfied with it...but well, here goes nothing.

When he came back from Abydos with Jack, he'd sworn to himself that he'd keep the "feelings" buried, with two or three pyramids stacked on top.
I liked the imagery of the stacked pyramids. :-)
