So I was on vacation last week. It rocked. I need more.

We caught a decent amount of fish and crabs...which we promptly ate. Every day. They were yummy.
The weather was super....in 30 years of trips to Grand Isle it always rains on us at least once a trip...but not this year. Of course, it was hotter than satan's balls.

I still remember the stuffed fish your dad made. That was the best shit ever. All I can remember tho of the recipe is him saying Old Bay? lol Sad how my next attempt at grand isle SUCKED in comparison. lol

Can we all just call you Matt? That would be easier than having to remember two separate names.

Yay matt for not killing drunken teenagers. I know he probably thought about it. lol

Yeah...that was some good eatin'. It was fresh crab meat, red & green bell pepper, onions, butter, bread crumbs, old bay seasoning, I'm forgetting something and flounder.

Oh and there was a Neil Diamond karaoke contest! It's kinda disturbing watching one's father and his 50-something buddies busting out Sweet Caroline while standing on a picnic table playing a broom like a guitar.
