i do WILL!!! you go to a image hosting site. i go to villagephoto.com (they let you do it for free). you sign up for an account then you upload pics. they can only be a certain size and so forth but it works then you click on the pic and it shows you were you can post the picture on ebay and so on. you copy the public image thing (it says you use it with messageboards and so on). then in your livejournal entry you put the < img src=> in to make it work here is an example:
