I am one of the happiest advisers I think I know. Today was the turning point. Today was the day that 22 little journalism students were all busy working away. Today the room sounded like an actual newsroom for the first time in my teaching career. Today was my heaven ( Read more... )

We'll see how they all do during interviews. It is up to the panel to decide, not just myself. Although, I was extremely impressed by his performance during his first issue on staff and I know I wasn't the only one.
