So, I think the toughest part of the year is always the deciding of positions for Vanguard for the following year. Who is going to be the leadership? Who are the students who will fill the editorial board? Will you have enough students to fill all the positions ( Read more... )

True the staff next year will be pretty unexperienced, again, but hopefully it will be better I mean we have a very capable EIC and hopefully she will do as good of a job as she is capable of but who will be our ad manager for next year because I doubt that stephany will have enough time to do it as well as being EIC.

Aye, it's so difficult to overcome insecurities - especially in leadership. I wish I'd advice on how to convince people to push aside fear and put in momentum... but you'd know better ways, anyway ^^; Personally... I just do it, get it done no matter what the cost, without focusing on the worst scenario possible - because even if it's the worst scenario possible, there are always ways to deal as long as you haven't been slacking.
