Let's hope they take his sorry ass to court. And if the judges down there aren't total idiots, he'll be screwed.

Does this MOFO not know the difference between prior review and restraint administrators piss me off so much they think they know everything but they don't even know the difference between two legal terms I totally agree with David I hope they take his sorry ass to court because if they do then he is fucked!

PS: I am going to call the SPLC soon and ask if state law superseeds the district policy becuase if it does then Everett and and pretty much everyother paper in the state should be free from prior review or restraint and pretty much censorship in general! Oh and I had an apiphany today I was reading the old district policy and it dawned on me that the old district policy must have been written by a journalist or someone who used to be because it follows AP style everytime it uses the word adviser instead of spelling it advisor it spells it adviser I would really like to find who wrote the original policy maybe he could help I don't know though tell me what you think!

Wow.

They're actually debating on whether or not to take him to court? The choices are to have a newspaper about sunshine and rainbows with teachers hovering over your shoulder.... or have no newspaper... or have a freakin' backbone and fight to keep your publication.
