That looks like a Green Anole. If s/he's still too young, just wait a few weeks or a month or something, and check at the base of the tail where the "hole" is. If there is a half-moon of dots above it, it's a male. If there are none, it's a female.

At least, I think I'm remembering my Anole physiology... Considering you own one you probably already know this...
