I googled "people who love ducks" hoping to get a picture of Wilson in a compromising position and I found this T-shirt.

I would so buy that shirt!!!
In this scene it appears that Wilson just came back from seeing House (that's why he looks like he has so much angst...also, Wilson always has angst) and Cuddy is being a supportive friend.

For whatever reason, I ship House/Wilson/Duck more than Wilson/Cuddy/Duck. Ideally, House/Wilson/Cuddy/Duck would have an orgy.
