These are the top 106 books most often marked as "unread" by LibraryThing's users (as of today).

Bold is what I've read, italics is what I started but didn't finish, and strike through is what I couldn't stand. Asteriks (*) - Read more than once. Underlined - On my to-read list.

*cracks whip* Get going! (may I also reccomend Catch-22 as a perfect place to start? For some reason your own book reminds me of this a bit.)

My son just read Catch-22 and wrote a paper for school, and he really enjoyed it. For one thing, it is wickedly funny in places, but also very serious in other places. It's a real anti-war book that makes total fun of the military, but then you become horrified that wars are run by people like that. I think you'd really like it. I read it about once a year just for fun.

The icon? It comes from the LJ user "kimmyblair" and you can find it here in this batch from her icon community "iconickimmyb":

(I'm not as good with the HTML as I once was, and can't quite remember how to create a link within the LJ comments, but you can copy/paste the link to find the icon)
