Today - very quick visit to Roppongi Hills (but just to grab some lunch), then popped into an old workplace of Shino's where she caught up with some old work colleagues. Then wandered around Gaien-Mae and Omote-Sando while Shino visited the Dentist, then met up again later and popped down to Harajuku via Takeshita Dori, taking in the odd fashions

Cool! You got to Japan - well done. I love the female street culture of Japan, I feel compltely safe going outside, there's plenty of eye-candy to catch my attention and I can just sail through the streets on my own enjoying the sights and my own company. It's nice and clean! When I came back to London I hated the oppresive masculine grey, smouldering anger and swearing-drunken-lout culture... Not that there aren't polite guys of course.

If you get to go back to Shibuya and haven't seen it already, the basement branch of Mandarake with the metal sculpture over it is an experience.
