Why oh why does my life seem to be getting worse and worse... There is pain inside me that is exsrucsing that hurts so bad not even ice cream will help me.

Emotions are fucked up, i literally have no idea how to feel now. Someone tell me how to feel when you find out that your "best friend" and ex are now seeing each other... Can someone please tell
