It's bad enough when you get hurt, but it's worse when someone else notices. So then you put on your nonchalant front and pretend it didn't bother you because you don't want to show anyone how weak you really are.

I hate when my head and body are such a mess that I don't even know what I'm feeling anymore. Am I crying because I'm angry, or because of hormones? Or are my feelings hurt? Or maybe I'm just depressed? I don't even know.

Recently things have been upended and turned on its head at work, which has caused quite a bit of drama, hard feelings, and overall restlessness.
