yeah that interview thing is really odd. I think maybe in very prestegious american schools you might have to do an interview but I have never heard of anyone having to get interviewed. good luck! I hope you make it in. I got rejected from this program I've been wanting to do for a long time recently so I hope you don't get rejected : ).

Interviewing upon application mostly only happens with art subjects over here; applying for them is also more complicated too (when it comes to art). The only other instance I can think of having a university interview here would be for the likes of Oxford and Cambridge because they are extremely prestegious, and I think they interview all applicants; whether they are choosing to study art or not. Thanks for the wish of luck! I'll really need it! T^T; And, I'm sorry to hear about that! Can you not apply again the next time it comes round? T^^^T;

Oh I see. I don't know how they handle art students here... I don't think they get interviewed. Often if art students are really into art, they just go to an art school, not uni. I don't think I'll apply to the program next year because that would mean I'd have to sit around for a year and do crappy jobs. I'm looking at other programs right now. So far I'm fairly confident that one of them will accept me. But we'll see >_>.

We have art schools/college here (very few though) but there are plenty of universities that offer art courses too (although most likely not as benificial as an art school would be). The one I'm aiming to get in to is Camberwell School of Art, which is part of the London's University for Creative Arts (which involves 5 other art schools) The schools offer the same courses as what a university would (Honours and Masters) but art schools, like I said, are most likely to be more beneficial to a student than a university would, better art focused facilities and such =)

Good luck with looking for a new program! Let me know how you get on! T^T

Ah no! T^T I live fairly close to it.. I mean, it requires an extensive train journey to reach it.. and then it's not the type of sea you want to swim in! Kinda... grimey! It's just nice to go for the sand and a paddle? Plus the place also has a nature park that is full with red squirrels! =333 It's a really charming place~

Thank you! ^^
