✤ twenty two; (when we get to heaven's gate, we're not getting inside)

[The following is left in Lucas' mailbox:]

[There is nothing in the mailbox but a photocopied version of Samantha Achewood's note (and the other side of it), along with a scrap of paper with a message from Netherlands.

The following is left in China's mailbox:]

[Attached to the note is Netherlands' house key. The note is not signed.

Finally, at 1336 Benny Road, Netherlands' distinctive scarf is folded inside of a box addressed to Belgium and left on the front porch. There is no note or label- just the scarf. Whatever message he intends to send by giving it to her is not clear- for her to figure out.]

[✤PHONE; FILTERED; ◤Jane Smith.◢]

[After delivering the letters and package, Netherlands returns to his workplace, the Mayfield Pharmacy. He waits a while, talks to some drones in for mundane things, clears his head with the usual cocktail of smoke and little white pills. Eventually, his expression seems to harden a little, and he picks up the phone and dials a number listed in the file for SMITH, JANE.

His voice is clear, overly friendly, and cheerful- a far cry from his usual tone.]

Hello, there, Mrs. Smith. This is Narve van der Bilt from the Mayfield Pharmacy calling. How are you doing today?

I've noticed that you're due for a refill on your prescription for Thorazine. I've got that all set up for you already, so if you could please come by and pick it up today, that'd be great.

[✤PHONE; FILTERED; ◤America.◢]

[And on the next call, the cheerful tone disappears, replaced by his serious low rasp.]

We're doing this now.

Be at the pharmacy in an hour.

[ooc; This is all mod-approved and set up. However this post ends- droning, non-droning, or other- the details of Samantha Achewood's note are going to be released publicly somehow.]
