i don't work for them though.
my agency is named briefly in there:
that 40 per cent of the costs of personnel services associated with the registry computer, which reflects the proportionate use of the computer by the merit rating board

I'm with the Merit Rating Board. we pay the RMV i think 4million a year for some services.
Our budget is 100% reimbursed to the state from the insurance companies. (as far as i know)

that's why i don't think we'll have any layoffs.
but the other guy who works with me is an RMV employee and he does NO RMV related work so he can def. be layed off.
since the RMV is paying him for NON-RMV work.
