Cold Vs Warm

How come i LOVE when it's 60 degrees out in the spring and fall..
yet it's 63 in my house and i'm not loving it?

stupid not wanting to use more oil...
stupid bills!

Do you get cold at 63 inside? because I'm still hot at that temperature most of the time.

On the other hand - I really DON'T want to go outside today.
