A2DP capable Bluetooth headset (like Motorola HT820)
Motorola also has a music duo with the NaviPlay and the HT820 in one package, and this neat looking Bluetooth sunglasses/headset combo, but I'm not sure if it's A2DP or not.
With the Sprint voice command you can get weather reports read out to you. You may be able to get something similar if you have Verizon or Cingular, as well, but I'm not sure.
Of course, a GPS designed for the motorcycle like the Garmin zumo 550 would have a built-in MP3 player and Bluetooth as well, meaning you wouldn't need the iPod or NaviPlay. Of course, the iPod solution is a bit cheaper.
