And so the cat and dust are constant irritants... But the purr will melt the icy stare after a sneezing attack...

Tomatoes, as you know, are my downfall, it was the hardest to learn to avoid. Allergies to aspartame and monosodium glutamate are somewhat easier to control. I limit potatoes and eggplant because they're related to tomatoes. (OK, I was never fond of eggplant in the first place, so it is a convenient excuse!!)

Allergic to milk products & seafood. (Gluten intolerant, too.) Avon products, hives if they get on my skin and asthma attack if someone else is wearing them. Not allergic to artificial sweeteners, but my body definitely doesn't want me to ingest them. (Stevia is a good and natural sweetener. Highly recommend it.) Lilacs give me migraines. Plus all the things I'm not allergic to, but cause asthma attacks. Life just one big adventure every day!
