I missed a day of riding today. It was a really beautiful day too - not too hot, low humidity, mostly sunny with no rain forecast. I didn't ride today because I was pretty tired from last night (got to bed waaay late) and didn't feel as sharp as I needed to be. At it turns out, I had a really stressful day today at work anyhow. So by the time 5pm

ever so glad to hear that you're ok, and my prayers go to the biker who was down.

sporties do tend to break off bits, that's what they get for having such lovely brittle panels all over the place. :) then again, they have their advantages, too.
