I think Bailey, my kitty, is part pack rat. She has something like 20 plastic balls with bells in them. The reason she has so many is that she would periodically "lose" them, I couldn't find them so I'd buy more (hey, they're only a $1.69 for 4 at Wegmans).

darph_bobo and I went down to NA Warhorse last night to pickup a part for his bike. So I got to oggle some shiny bikes. I have found a definite contender for my next bike, a Honda ST1300. It's got some nice features and while heavier than a Concours, it doesn't appear quite so tall. That is the one drawback to a Concours - it's been reported as top heavy ( Read more... )

Well, I didn't get much done over the weekend like I'd hoped to do. Well, it finally happened. My bike told me his name last night :P His name is Bluebird! (Yes, I know he's purple. Yes, I know bikers are wierd ;)

I found the lean limit of my bike today. No I didn't drop it or wreck. I took a 90-degree curve in second gear on the way into work this morning. I normally don't do that since my bike has what they call "tall" gearing, meaning you can really rev the bike before needing to shift. I found the lean limit because I scraped something...my toe.
