Sounds yummy! I'll definitely have to give that one a try. Thought I'd share with you one of my favorites (one of my mother's traditional Christmas dishes). The smell of it cooking instantly transforms the house to that of my childhood.

Sweet & Sour Meatballs
2 lbs. hamburger: This can be made using beef, turkey, or works wonderfully with a meat substitute (non meat mix of your choice that allows you to roll it into "meat" balls).
1 onion (grated)
1 Tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 eggs
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
1 cup water
2 bay leaves (crumbled)
7 peppercorns
Juice of one lemon
4 heaping tbsp. brown sugar

Make small meatballs (about the circumference of half dollars). Set aside, and mix all of the above ingredients in a large frying pan (best to use electric frying pan with temp. control) and let come to a boil. Next, add meatballs and allow to cook for approx. 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
