I am on a quest to learn how to make Chinese BBQ pork buns. There is no dim sum to be had in this part of Florida. In fact, I suspect there is no dim sum to be had in the entire state. If I want it, I will have to make it myself ( Read more... )

You mean bao?

Bob got hungry for it a couple of months ago and leanred how to make it. I think he found the recipes online. He just up and made it one day. When he gets home from Pennsic, I can have him send you the links.

No, because what I admire is you deciding that you want dim sum and then learning to make it. If your bao taste like week old gym socks with the foot left inside them, I will still admire you. (:
