God, that was just brilliant. I really have no other words for it.

I was almost close to sneak off without commenting just because I can't seem to find the right words. But at the same time I hate when people do that to me so I wanted to say at least something.

Aw, really. This is what it's all about, fic. This was real, beautiful, strong and so much them. Stevie...Stevie is just brilliant.

Amazing. Love it. You are amazing.

Wow. That was some seriously good ficcage. I loved the style and the way it sounded like Stevie all the way through - too often long fics lose their character halfway through - so big big thumbs up for that :D

Wow. I don't usually read fic in a pairing I write, just because I want to keep my ideas of them straight in my head, but I'm glad I read this. There's so many great little moments here -- I especially love Xabi correcting Steven's grammar, and their weird little relationship-that's-not. This is great.

Aww! My secret identity has been discovered. But since you're complimenting me, I don't mind. ;) (I generally fail at secret.) I can totally see Xabi speaking extremely grammatical English, since he supposedly learned it at school and all. And I forgot to mention, but the food/scent imagery you get going here? Awesome.

Fic? About those players in that journal somewhere? *whistles* ;;) Xabi seems so studious, it's kind of fantastic. I don't really comprehend how someone could possibly balance being a footballer and getting a degree at the same time, though! It seems awfully difficult.

ME TOO. It's pretty insane; now if only we could have saved one or two of those goals for earlier . . . :> Carry on, boys. It's time to finally beat Birmingham.
