i love whole Stevie-Danny-Xabi thing as you describe.
Have you read Stevie's authobiography? it's just out in the UK - ignoring the fact that the longest sentense there is like 5 words long and he uses a vocabulary more limited that my 3 year-old has, he's still the sweetest.
