Your Sheva is beautiful, as ever, but I really, really love the Cesc and Xabi ones: the way Cesc is young, and sometimes does stupid crap (Upon retrospect, it is nearly as embarrassing as it sounds, Xabi continues breathing. He takes this as encouragement) but there are still flashes of maturity--and Cesc thinks that Xabi should follow his own advice more often. Or maybe it's too late for that--which make him so much more than the nubile young bunny fandom so often casts him as. Xabi as the tired, slightly exasperated older cousin (I wouldn't say brother, because that would be too close--but a cousin, the kind of person you can call at five in the morning but also ask to kiss you. Close enough that you can share your hypothetical situations but far enough away that it isn't a problem that you both know exactly who you're talking about.) who would like to seem eminently older, wiser, more experienced in the ways of love but who has his weakness, too.

Yes, yes, yes that is exactly what I wanted it to come off as, and it's so utterly validating to know you felt that way about it. Thanks, darling. ♥ ♥ ♥ I didn't want to put Cesc into the cliche of just being young and naive, because he's been exposed to so much at such a young age and is awfully talented - so while he is, like you said, stupid about some things, he's also much more aware than fandom gives him credit for. Man, I don't know, I'm completely infatuated with the idea of writing about those two and whatever hilarious/slightly touching antics they might get involved in.

Oh Xabi. And Cesc/Phillipe *sighs*

"Francesc Fabregas Soler. We are not having this conversation."
I loved this. Xabi = best counsellor/big brother ever.

Xabi/Cesc #4? Brilliant!

I mean, it was all brilliant but that particularly and mostly because the rest were so bittersweet . . .

The Sheva one just broke me. I was reading it, and listening to Damien Rice at the same time. Lethal combination. ;_;

Geez, I always suck at feedback. All I can do is capslock and flail at your effortless skill with words. God. Sheva. That hurt so much in a good way. And, I love the idea of Xabi playing a kind of father-figure to Cesc; it's so charming.

^well I mean to say it's so good that it comes off as effortless. I'm sure there was actually a lot of effort involved.

I'm sorry. It's late and I'm not making any sense. I'll stop spamming you now.

Gosh, thank you. ♥ And, asdl;dlkf, I'm sorry - Damien Rice (PLS WRITE A HAPPY SONG - JUST ONE, OKAY) + my tendency to make everything really depressing = bad, bad mix.

Sheva. Just, I can't even explain why I think he's so fascinating, but. What a backstory, you know? Cesc is a cutie, as your icon obviously proves.
