I think currency changes depending on where you go, though... [She's not entirely sure, since the Rose Cross usually granted Exorcists room and board, or food if necessary- and barring that, the Finders handled trivial funds.]

Well... we use a "pound sterling" where I come from, not rubles. [She isn't sure how much that stands for when there's more than two centuries separating home and Russia, but hey!] And France uses francs and Germany uses Marks.

[It's hard to imagine what else people could use as currency. Rubles are apparently made of paper, which sounds simply absurd. Many things about this 'other world' he's stuck in are bizarre, though.
