Sometimes I wonder why I do what I do. Then I have people ask me if I will leave the doctor when I'm done with school. Those older folk really know how to make me feel guilty. Sometimes it hard for customers to understand the exact situation over the phone. I much better like talking to the in person.

I have this one guy who got really mad about somthing once and I fixed it for him and now he always aks for me and in a cute voice always says "Is Ellie there?." He even gave me a gift for Christmas.

It's the customers/patients/ relationships that you make that make the job worth it. Your patients rely on you. The trust you. They know you. Never let anyone make you feel bad. You are a wonderful person and everyone knows that.
