getting on the state's free insurance plan is a huuuge hassle
free insurance plan

WTF, HUGE HASSLE? YOU MEAN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY AND HAVE NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IT? I don't care if you have to sign your name in blood, you should ABSOLUTELY take advantage of this and it is RIDICULOUS that you have not already done so! Do you know how much debt you would be in if you had a terrible accident and had to go to the hospital? How does $20,000 sound? That's a low estimate.

GET ON IT, GIRLY!!

Guys lose it faster, sad but true :x And if you're burnt out, stop hassling yourself. Make healthy changes to be healthy, maybe get a check over when you have insurance available (though you're obviously not in a state where anything is WRONG, just maybe you have something not flipping your loss trigger). I was triggered for thyroid on a lab, didn't go back though. Did I say so?

That's really frustrating, though. I am frustrated because I look back at pictures from early summer and I was really much thinner - but still had rolls. So it's like. I CANNOT WIN EVER. So XD And medicine weight, wow. Are you on meds? Zoloft hates me. Hi, 20 pounds! Go away! Only don't. Because you won't. Oh well.

Take care and be kind to you. Truly, you are beautiful - and not in the everyone is way - in the superficial way. And your body may not be built like a junior, I totally am not either. But it's lovely. Rock it.

I think my Mom was on that as well...medicine weight is SO MUCH harder to lose, I don't know why. I feel the same way, before it was kinda like MELT! And now I dont care to try so much, because long periods of trying yields no results xD Maybe I'll research!

It's not really a gender thing. Some genetics are more predisposed to faster metabolisms, whether innately or when active. It's why you see those people on The Biggest Loser shedding so many pounds "per week" (in accompaniment with questionable health/physical practices ( ... )

I try to vary the intensity of my workouts from week to week. My trainer helps me with that. I also like to throw in something different once in a while; this week I did step class, last week was yoga, etc. Some things were getting slightly easier - like my cardio on the elliptical machine - so I try bumping up the time or resistance. I always try to push myself as much as I can on my weight training, too ( ... )

Hey, just passing through--out of curiosity, have you cut out HFCS? Once we did, the weight literally fell off both my husband and I over the past year, after years of struggling with it.
