it's such a bunch of BS. i waited an hour after my accident to actually see a doctor, and another 3 hours for x-rays, blood tests (i have no idea why), and too many, "Were you wearing your seatbelt?!" questions from random doctors and nurses. (duh, of COURSE i was wearing it-- see that nasty bruise across my chest, doc?!)
It's not likely that I'll ever go to the ER because of that... Mostly because I ignore the types of injuries that are common in that which could cause a lot of people to go to the ER (sprains, muscle pulls, cracked bones, etc). I've never wasted time going to the ER for shit like that.
