Look what a friend made for me! A stepping stone dedicated to my dear cat, Knute. I think it's meant for the outdoors, but I keep it in a prominent place in my house. She spelled Knute's name wrong, but I don't mind.
Not much new with me. I still have a job, which makes me very fortunate these days. I've been surviving the winter by researching Mexican resorts. We're hoping to go there in July for our anniversary. We're thinking Cabo but we've never been to Mexico before. Anyone have any recommendations?
Who remembers the Purple People Eater? The purple car I used to drive? Anyhoo, it spontaneously combusted. Hubby was driving it and the engine just went poof. No one was hurt, except PPE, who totally melted. She was old and lived a full life, so no tears, kids. Maybe my friend will make me another stepping stone in her honor. On the upside, Hubby now has a shiny new PT Cruiser. My daughter says when she's ready to drive, she wants a Cadillac. Because of the Clash song. I love her.
Before I get out of your way, a question. How is it I've never seen this picture before now? It's so beautiful, and it makes me happy, sad, and even a little uncomfortable! Yay!
