We all have them, whether we're girls dating guys or guys dating girls or girls dating girls or guys dating guys. Personally I'm pretty sure I'm straight, but I wouldn't turn down Naya Rivera a hot girl if she were interested in me.

This is the story of my Legendary Ex.

It's tough trying to work things out with someone in the military. For me, it (the schedule, the distance) was a huge stumbling block (besides the fact that I was slightly insane at the time). Unfortunately, I still haven't really "gotten over" this guy, even though he is no longer the same person I was crazy about, and I know it would never be the same now anyway. You are very lucky to have it work out that you are still friends. :)

I'm lucky this guy has a big enough heart to forgive me and still want to be in contact with me! He actually chased me after we'd broken up, just so we could be friends. I didn't think it could work, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't want to try :)

Hi. I'm a queer teenager who hasn't even gotten to second, so any advice I gave to you on romance would probably be as useful as flying lessons to a sea cucumber, but...well...I read the whole thing. And I certainly know about having a legendary ex, or at least an ex-who-feels-legendary-because-you-still-sometimes-want-to-claw-her-eyes-out-in-Latin-class. I'm totally saving myself for Jennette McCurdy anyway. ;) But I get how ambiguity and incompatible schedules (and debate over whether two girls going to prom is tacky, that bitch) can kill a relationship dead. So I'm equally mired. I don't know if that helps, but it's something.

Second base is... kissing? Well you know my opinion on that :P But it doesn't mean you won't enjoy it, when you find a girl who won't be too much of a bitch and won't be scared to go to prom with you.

I'd like to give you some brainy advice but alas, my love life is a mess, too. If you know, I can be considered having one in the first place XD

I did enjoy your story though, and I know you're a smart girl. You'll know your way around the friendship you've made with your ex :)

I only have two exes (I don't count flings XD). My first boyfriend still keeps in touch with me; he is a really nice guy and nothing much has changed between us. My recent ex still has hang ups about out break up, so we haven't kept in touch. I think it's wise for you to befriend him after all of it. But me and my recent ex? Big no no.. haha

I'm not surprised he chased you, you are pretty and amazing :D

Yeah, and my best friend has only recently kissed a boy for the first time. So it's not like I'm the only 22-year old virgin I know. But she doesn't date at all, and I have, so I kind of feel like I should have gotten it over with alread ><

Hehe. You know how they ask celebrities "Who would you go gay for?" Well my answer used to be Shakira, but she's lost a lot of weight recently and isn't looking as hot as she used to. So Naya is my new girlcrush :D

I hope that maybe someone could benefit from my misadventures, at least that way it'll be worth posting my personal shit online XD
