Whoa, this LJ's gotten dusty...
I haven't posted in a week - never mind forgetting about Everything Else for like a month now XD
- I finished my first semester at 6B and had a little guidance session with our head teacher - he's suggested I go to a few lessons on Industrial Design before I try out Interior, so we'll see what classes open up next month.
- I saw Noam - Salsa Guy - 3 times (movie at my place, Tuesday!Salsa, movie at a friend of his) and he's coming to the party tonight. So far there have been no sexual developments; in fact, it seems like he's taken a big step backwards and has limited himself to little kisses and cuddling and hand- and back-stroking for now. I really love that he's letting me set the pace for this relationship. I really like him in general :)
- I had a really busy but pretty productive week at work. There's a new boss and she's pretty nice, plus she put her faith in me and asked me to help her run the place for a few hours yesterday.
- I took one day off and went to the Holon Museum of Design (didn't get lost this time!) for a really great exhibition called "New Olds" and it was fabulous. I am seriously considering getting a membership for this museum, it's my favorite place in the whole country right now ♥
- Wednesday!Sketching Course was really fun, even though I'd originally planned not to go, I'm glad I did in the end.
- My parents left for Spain yesterday afternoon so I have the house to myself :)
- I've started watching True Blood! Fuck is this show sexy. Full-on (female) nudity right in the very first episode! The accents are kind of killing me but I'll get used to it. And I have to say, I hate Anna Paquin as a blonde :X Stephen Moyer sure is yummy, though :[
- I've had some success with my newly-adjusted contact lenses; wore them around the house for 4 hours last night and all day today, going on 6 hours now. My eldest sister bought me a pair of sunglasses for my birthday today (actually I paid for half but sunglasses are frikkin' expensive so we split the cost) and I bought myself 2 pairs of earrings :)
- I did some grocery shopping for my birthday movie marathon tonight! A surprisingly large amount of people have said they'll come - mostly people from Salsa, and a few old friends from school/army might pop in. Ori the Legendary Ex is coming. He knows Noam / The Boyfriend will be there; Noam doesn't know the Ex will be there, although he does know I have an Ex... hmm.... awkward. Even more awkwardly, Ori has no way to get home so he'll be sleeping in the spare room. I don't know if this will cause trouble with Noam, who I want to invite to stay the night too (in my room, obviously :P ) but maybe it'll be a little weird... he doesn't strike me as jealous, but whatever. Still, there's a whole week of empty house so he could stay over some other time... Anyway, I got snacks and drinks and I'll be setting out blankets and pillows and all the DVDs I own later tonight XD People will probably start trickling in at around 10:30PM. I'm so excited! :D
