I know exactly how you feel. This is exactly how I felt not so long ago when they all decided they were too good for me and started hanging out with the sleazy, obnoxious girls they hang out with now. Finding new friends who actually really care about you makes it all the better. There is no room for fake, flaky friends who live to impress. They are a bit off their own mark though because what is really impressive is being a genuinely nice person who cares about their friends, not a hipster who cares more about clothes, music, and social status than the feelings other people. I've come to find out that they treat people like objects, throwing them away when something new comes along. All I have to say is- you're totally right. BETTER OFF WITHOUT THEM. :)
