The journey to being gluten free has been bumpy to say the least. I have found out I am lucky. Had I tried to do this ten years ago, I would have had to have learned every single gluten containing food enhancer, binder and additive. I know so many people that are or or are going gluten free and I admire them all. I love bread so much that the thought makes me sad. But I use my crockpot a lot and all of the recipes here are made gluten free. I love the site. Glad you are beginning to feel better.
