[Finding the communicator was easy. Figuring out how it worked, not so much. It's taken an hour or so, but he's basically worked out that it can record his voice and he can type things into it. Video might be a feat he's not quite capable of yet. Once he knows that he can input information, he tries to find out if the reverse is true. Tinkering

Hey! You're a New Yorker too, right? Mannnnn lots of people from the Big Apple. I think I've only seen a few from my other states! Anyway, most you've gotta know is that there used to be demons here, but I blew up the worst one with a rocket launcher so it's okay. Also, the docs are liars. They don't have anything in the way of drugs aside from aspirin, and that doesn't do much good if you've bled out half an estuary!
Also there are ghosts in the closets with lanterns and they're super scary but if you run fast they can't catch ya! Bullets don't work so kinda useless on that front.

This place gets more interesting by the minute... Though it kinda sounds like you're goin' at this at an odd angle, my friend. Bullets and bazookas aren't the only way to kill somethin'. I'm sure a creative guy like yourself will figure that out eventually.

Oh, I know! But there's a shortage of napalm here. Not to mention there's no aerial support of any kind. And my normal strength is gone for some stupid reason so that eliminates some possibilities. The only upside is that there's no chance of the Russians to get a hold of nuclear arms.
