You know a boy likes you when he is not himself. We know we tend to act like idiots...even around girls that we are just close friends with. Well, it may be that he still acts like an idiot in a group, but when he is just with the girl he is after he is suddenly more concerned with himself.
He'll mature, I suppose.
You can feel it, I think. Things are just different when no one else is around a couple. (Guys ARE concerned with acting like they usually do in a group, don't let anyone tell you otherwise)
When Paulina and I started flirting, it was understood back and forth. We were both taken at the time, though. Soo...it took a while for anything to happen.
Love and like are two different things. I didn't ever "like" Paulina. It was the sort of love off the bat deal. When I did like girls, I'd usually try to let them know. The flirting was obvious...yeah.
I hope all of that helped. If you want to ask more, you know you can ask me on here or on MSN. ^_-
problem is, i'm not quite sure how he acts in a large group of friends, i always see him as a bit of a loner...so i'll keep that in mind if i ever see him with friends.
what about "looking"? like...well i can't explain it unless i give an example. I just don't want to overanalyze, because i think i have a tendency to. But...he'll be sitting a few tables away and then turn around kind of nonchalantly to my direction. He's done this a few times. All my girlfriends notice but i pretend that it's not a big deal. and then we'll like...catch each other's eyes. and once we catch each other's eyes he'll wave and then go back to doing whatever he was doing. and it's not just once. he does it all the time. The other day he was playing piano. And usually when he does i'll go over to him. Well i didn't, and he kept turning around...i didn't know what to make of it.
michael i <3 ya! =D guy advice from a guy is great! =P thanks!
That really depends. Guys do tend to do that a lot when they like someone. At the same time, I'll look for my (girl) friends in a crowd and wave like that sometimes. Usually not often, but it has happened like that before.
You're also dealing with a musician. Trust me, I know those types of guys. I'm in bands and advanced chorus.
If he writes anything of his own...or if he chooses the things he plays, look at what he performs. ESPECIALLY if it has words and he sings with it.
When my old band played their old concert, I dedicated a song to a girl I liked. She had brown eyes, so we played Brown Eyed Girl. Nothing ever happened, though. ^_^ And I'm very glad that it didn't. I'm friends with her now, but I'm soooo much luckier to have Paulina. She's beautiful and amazing in every way.
i wish you could see the things he does. i just can't really explain it unless you've been reading my posts. sometimes it seems like he's doing it just as a friend thing. and other times it seems like more. alot more.
i'm trying not to expect anything. it's hardly working. lol.
thanks for your help, it's good to get a guys perspective out there in girl land. <3
