Oh, Gojyo. ♥

I think it makes sense. I think it sounds very much like something Gojyo would feel, that he'd go through. Kind of wrapped up in the guilt he felt regarding his step-mom, like he'd ruined her happiness.

I like the unsettled feel of this very much.

Thank you very much for reading and commenting! Poor Gojyo. He always seems to be beating himself up over things that aren't his fault Dx

Awww! I loved it.

I was a slice of life vignette. Tender, fumbling, akward, revealing. Good job.

PS - I squinted & liked what I saw. ~_^

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. (Squinting can always be fulfilling in these sort of situations XD )

Wonderfully balanced between Gojyo's melancholy and the warmth of the present - I like the idea of the photo, and that being the only version of her face Gojyo wanted to remember. Plus, Gojyo's awkwardness is so endearing! *hugs Gojyo*

It seems to fit in well with what we know of Gojyo's psychology and the fact that his step-mom's face is generally partially obscured when we do see her in his flash backs. It was also a nice Hakkai/Gojyo moment.

Yeah, the part about the flashbacks was what inspired this (or at least I think so; half the time stories just seem to appear on my desktop and I'm not sure how or why XD; ) But anyway, I'm glad things seemed somewhat believable. Thanks so much for commenting!
