I'm proud of you. :) I think that's the right way to go about things; keep Satan from getting a foothold!

I used to do situps, crunches, and push-ups every night before I went to bed since I was in college. I sort of stopped doing it regularly after getting pregnant again, but I really think it made a huge difference in a) how I felt about myself and b) how my pants fit, haha. :) I went through a phase where I counted calories and stressed out about everything I was eating, and it wasn't good for me. When I stopped doing that and just concentrated on doing what you're doing, I felt so much more free.

Anyway. Kudos! :D The things that last are the things that you build into your life, not necessarily the "diets" and all that.

Hehe thanks :) I should try adding push ups...hmm...I'm trying to find the balance between working out every day and not having to get up at like 4 am to have time for it all :P
