I shall be going to Midwest Furfest tomorrow in fact. They have a bunch of random anime stuff there too so I'll keep an eye out for something like this.

So what if it's a multilayer? I'm guessing you want the character? How much are cels, nowadays?

It most likely is multilayer, that may mean I'll be looking for the other layers, too. You may see one by itself, like, say, just the girl standing there or just the windmills (the girl is more likely than the windmills, though). As for how much they are.... Anywhere from $5 to $5000, depending on the cel. Stuff from say, Princess Mononoke or any other Miyazaki works usually tend to be in the higher end. Stuff from lesser known series tends to be on the lower end. Most Macross Plus cels I've seen have gone for anywhere from like $50 to $500, depending on the cel and the person selling it. I may or may not try to check Acen myself, I haven't really decided yet.
