Personally, I'd stick to the chocolate squares for dessert, fewer weird ingredients.

I so want to lose weight but it's so hard right now. I'm walking but I can't bring myself to do the stretches that I started. I really need to make time to do them everyday again. I had it going for like a week and then stopped. :(

I love yogurt for breakfast. I tend to eat mine with dried fruit in it. ♥

Have you tried the ginger miso dressing from Whole Foods? You might find that an interesting dip for veggies or how about hummus? I know my problem is not enough exercise and too many sweets. I just can't resist baked things.

The chocolate squares are love, but a serving of just 3 squares has like 200 calories. I feel like I'm getting more for my calorie with the ice cream. And I know that the cupcakes are more preservative than food, but the strawberry ones are my weakness. x.x ( ... )

Yeah but on the other hand they are still looking into whether corn syrup and those other chemicals and preservatives might lead towards obesity, while the chocolate is just chocolate ( ... )
