Personally, I'd stick to the chocolate squares for dessert, fewer weird ingredients.
I so want to lose weight but it's so hard right now. I'm walking but I can't bring myself to do the stretches that I started. I really need to make time to do them everyday again. I had it going for like a week and then stopped. :(
I love yogurt for breakfast. I tend to eat mine with dried fruit in it. ♥
Have you tried the ginger miso dressing from Whole Foods? You might find that an interesting dip for veggies or how about hummus? I know my problem is not enough exercise and too many sweets. I just can't resist baked things.
The chocolate squares are love, but a serving of just 3 squares has like 200 calories. I feel like I'm getting more for my calorie with the ice cream. And I know that the cupcakes are more preservative than food, but the strawberry ones are my weakness. x.x

Yeah but on the other hand they are still looking into whether corn syrup and those other chemicals and preservatives might lead towards obesity, while the chocolate is just chocolate
