I think its because it is supposed to have a taste of "when you where a kid" in it, sort of like an " Oh my mom used to make this..I LOVE THIS" deal.

and another thing..Peter Pan seems to me to be a hand cutting off rebel. And some how this is okay?. Wait..its okay with me, but I don't think the general populace has noticed.
