Really, I'm not staying home just to watch Merlin live

I woke up this morning realizing I'm still sick and waiting on my car today probably wouldn't be a good idea. There's no way I can lug popsicles with me. Thursday night I went to the clinic in my little town and got a steroid shot and some stuff that numbs my throat to take. It's not strep, and they said my body should beat it soon

It's been getting better slowly. I feel hot, but my temp. isn't getting that high. My sore throat is not as bad as when I've had strep. I'm downing hot drinks most of the time and have plenty of popsicles.

The most I'll do today is the dishes and hide from trick or treaters.
