Who: Rochelle and Marjan, spectators are cool since they're in the middle of town
What: Rival-building exercises
Where: Outside a bakery in Cardinal City
When: Afternoon
Why: The amateur surveillance crew is ready to go!
Warnings?: Probably a lot of not niceness.

It felt fantastic for Rochelle to be on the road again. Now that she wasn't cooped up at home anymore, she felt free. Free to roam, free to train, free from having to explain the human bite marks on her arm to her dad...and free to hold grudges without distraction. But when Rochelle was angry, she never just let it slide. She had to go and fix it. Unfortunately, her idea of fixing it wasn't to talk about it, it was to smash the problem into something so small it was incapable of angering anyone.

She had no real idea where to find Marjan, but she was pretty sure she saw somewhere that he lived in Cardinal. So, unless he was looking for a badge, on an errand, catching Pokemon, training Pokemon, or on vacation, he would be here. Which, admittedly, wasn't too helpful. But it was better than nothing. And assuming he was in Cardinal was the reasonable part of Rochelle's plan.

Skiploom had a microphone and video camera skillfully tucked under her ears. The plan was to start another battle and get some cruelty caught on tape. However, without Skiploom, her chances in a fight were mostly shot, with Torchic unable to come out without getting hurt, and Surskit's unwillingness to battle period. Which was an issue that she was choosing to ignore until necessary.

Floating around near her trainer's head, Skiploom shifted uncomfortably. She turned around, and nudged Rochelle. At the end of the street, they found Marjan leaving a bakery.

"Hey!" she called down the road at him.
