Heh... I used to live in Cali as well. Actually more here than people out there realize. 3 times less expensive... more jobs (sadly more of them pay more than jobs out there too) and easier to build yourself up. Stability and self-reliance are two key things... it's nice to be able to feel confident in your standings and not worrying about making it from day to day.

Mainly... I just feel she should do what's best for her... and if this is what she needs, then I welcome her as my roomie.

I think Oklahoma will be good for you. If it is really true that it is easier to get a job, and easier to make a living than it is out here, then by all means you should go. And since you have a friend who is willing to share living costs with you, it all seems like a golden opportunity ( ... )

i'm looking for a place to crash for a few weeks until i can move back there... i still have to tell my jackass landlord about my plan. hopefully he'll let me stay for a week or so, so i can get my shit together. i dunno. i'm sorta in limbo right now. : (

have U already reformatted yer harddrive? If not, it may be possible to retrieve some or all of what was on there. depending on this, depending on that, depending on . . . . but stil a possibility.

um, i'm pretty sure everything is gone. my girl melissa tried a recovery program (that recovers deleted files), but all that came up were empty folders. : ( X 100
