Bread!
Despite my initial worries that it didn't rise enough, my bread physically resembles bread.
It also tastes like bread (although a tad chewy... I think despite the brownness on the outside it was a little underdone inside... maybe a few extra minutes with the lid closed next time) so I guess it was a bread-related success.
Unfortunately the Ziploc bags of leftover beer (this called for 3oz, the smallest single can you can get is 24 oz) leaked in the freezer. Next time, maybe paper cups for the beer?
