How long do chemotherapy drugs stay in your system after you've stopped taking them??
How long until all of the side effects are finally gone?
I'm sick of being sick.
I want my hair to stop falling out.
I just want this crap over with so I can get back to my life!!!!
Yeah...really REALLY bad day here.

Getting a good amount of sleep/rest and nutrition are very important. You've posted a bit about not having much of an appetite and that can prolong feeling poorly.
STRESS is also a huge factor. I was just talking to my colleagues at work about this today. It is the source of so much illness - people are stressed, they get sick or they are stressed about being sick.....
Have you had a Reiki treatment lately? A massage? Nourishing your spirit, to me, is a good way to start feeling better. What have you been doing for ALL of you lately?

I just talked to my cousin. She's a trauma nurse at University of Maryland. Her husband is a doctor at Johns Hopkins. LOL She went over ALL of the test results with me, so I feel better about things now. As for stress? Yeah, big time stress issues right now. I am meeting my new psychologist tomorrow and I've been talking to Dr. Clavelle (my old psychologist...he's retired) today. It was a really bad day, but things are getting better.
And you are 100000% correct. I need to do more for my spiritual wellbeing. I need to do more for myself. I have been eating better this past week - healthier and everything - and I got TONS of sleep this weekend. I'm still really tired all the time, but that's most likely the anemia.
*hugs*
You always know exactly what I need. Thanks, hon. :o)
