When they say it's 'illegal' to kill off a relative, do they REALLY mean illegal illegal? Or is it just frowned down upon?

I think it really depends on which relative you are looking to kill. Parents definitely illegal. Whereas siblings and cousins are just frowned upon. or something to that thoughtprocess.
