I wouldn't read too much into it... I personally don't believe dreams actually mean anything, no matter what kind of an angle or spin you put on it. It's a horrible dream, but I don't think it'll come true (well, not for another 90 years when she dies of old age). Don't sweat it.
In response to myself, most dream interpreters say that it sybolizes:
death 1. the death of a part of you, e.g. old habits, ways of thinking, feelings, etc. The death of e.g. Ebeneezer Scrooge, Karl Marx or Mother Theresa may signify that whatever attitude these people represent to you is out-dated. The good news is that their death gives place to something new. (Occasionally you may interpret the death of someone known to you in the same way). 2. (of others, known to you) The death of an acquaintant may signify that your relationship with that person will not continue in the present form. Your relationship needs to be re-evaluated (this can be good as well as bad, but it's necessary). Old thoughts about and feelings towards that person are out-dated. 3. (your own) a transformation, probably spiritual. When the dreamer dies, he is normally re-born (or else, who's having the dream?). Hence the death of the dreamer is a magical transformation, a resurrection. ; is a event; part of being, dead
Dream Analysis by db, who has had a lot of dreams and analyzed them all.
(my) Dreams usually predict the near future events. However, these events are rarely if ever exactly similar to what happened in the dream. That said, it means that Julia is probably even less likely to die. However, the reflection will probably be that something bad happens to her...like she gets sick for a week...or falls off a horse of whatever.
And sometimes these things never occur.
And that's all bullcrap, although mostly my dreams are like that, but either way...she's not going to die.
The other possibility is that you heard the word die or saw something die and maybe it came from Julia and as your brainstem was sorting random things, it gave you that image. Like you Julia and a dead ant and thought...hmmm...that's a dead ant. And then you have the dream.

Or Julia said everything dies sooner or later.
Point made.
