I haven't been in this LJ for months! Wow okay, how's everyone's summer been? Mine has been good, I went to Vancon and it was fantastic - had a blast with my friends and met some amazing new ones who I have a lot of things in common with *cough* hats *cough* so that was fun. We went to some interesting restaurants on Davie St. in Downtown

I am not holding my breath over the new season. Sounds to me like it is going to be another "Season of Sam" which is so totally not who I watch the show for (in fact IMO they could pluck his ass right outta there and I wouldn't miss him). Also, since Sam is back in bed (shirtless Jared strikes again - a body I could go without seeing EVER again in my lifetime and be happy about it) - with his dog and girlfriend status, they sure as hell had better make him as "RUSTY" (aka, NOT himself) as they did when they screwed Dean over in Season Six or this little fangirl is going to be writing major letters and pitching a MAJOR bitch! *nods* This Con will be my last so hearing from me about the shit they try to pass off on us is NOT something I will be worrying about ANYMORE! BEWARE: WRITERS! Fetish is on the loose! I am going to have my eye on them and how they treat MY BOYS! *nods* You can be SURE about that! Personally, with all the crap going on, I am not even looking forward to the premiere. I'm happy with my reruns of Seasons 1-3 and 5.

It's gonna be interesting to see what Carver does with it, no doubt. From the spoilers I've seen and reports from M&G lately the boys will be at odds by mid-season and wondering if they want to hunt together anymore. But, they've been there before so no doubt something will bring them back together. It's just getting to that point that sucks!

I love the early seasons, they are my favorites too - baby boys with nothing but each other to live and die for *sigh* those were the days.

Hugs back to you hon, not long till you'll be in Chicago hugging on your two favorite guys in the whole world, I'm a little jealous *green*

Yeah, I have heard that too, about the boys... and that it is Sam's bed bitch that is the cause of it. Sorry, been there, done that, and we all got the T-shirts to prove it. (Hell, Jared got the baby to prove it!) Time to move along, people!

Like I said, I hold out no hope for this season anymore than I did 6 & 7. Sorry, but without Kripke, these are NOT our boys. Sure, it's Jensen, Jared & Misha and that's nice, but they are NOT the Dean, Sam and Castiel that I know and love. *gives firm curt nod*

I just got my DVDs too... haven't opened it yet, but did watch the gag reel online. Funny stuff!

I'm sooo excited about next season, can't wait. It's almost here, yay!

*waves* Hi back! The DVD's are great, some good extra brother stuff that was cut from S7 so at least they gave it to us this way.

Less than a week till S8, I'm holding my breath but still I'm excited to see the boys together again, can't wait either!
