my friend Gerhard left for abroad this morning. i thought he won't leave till the end of the month, but apparently his boss wanted him there sooner. i can't believe he just told me about it last night! i will definitely miss him, who am i going to call when i have dog-related problems now?!?!?! :D

It's so miserable when friends move away; two of mine moved to London in the last four years.
